Thank you for shopping at YourNeighborhoodBrickPlug! We want you to love your order, but if something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
🕒 60-Day Return Window
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)

In its original packaging with all tags

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

🔁 Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
🌍 International Orders (Customs & Shipping Delays)
Orders shipped internationally (including to the UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland) may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs clearance or non-payment of import taxes.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must still meet all return eligibility criteria.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
